Our Show Home Opening

We are proud to announce the opening of our show lodge at Bournehurst! Our interiors team have been hard at work making this house a home with all the trimmings. Chaffinch is a two storey lodge overlooking our beautiful attenuation ponds. It features two bedrooms, a study, a private balcony and two bathrooms fitted with cosy underfloor heating. 

The contemporary navy kitchen with copper accessories has been a real hit with our first wave of viewings, and the Porcelanosa tiles in the bathrooms give this lodge a truly opulent finish. Chaffinch benefits from two patios overlooking a private landscaped garden with views over the adjacent public open parkland.
