Update on our Damfield Lane Project
05.01.18 Update on our Damfield Lane Project
Our 67 bed residential Care Home on Damfield Lane, Maghull is progressing rapidly and nearing completion and we’re busy planning the grand opening! As the scaffolding comes down and the building is revealed, it’s transforming day by day into every bit the luxurious Care Home we had hoped for.
Each bedroom features modern furniture with opulent fabrics and colour schemes to complete the look. We’ve combined disability friendly design with sleek interior design to create living spaces, and ensuites, that are just as comfortable and luxurious as they are practical.
Our client, Highpoint Care, who have decided to name the care home Damfield Gardens, are eager to get started as they train their new team to meet the exacting care standards they deliver at their current care home, Collier’s Croft. Our in-house team will be providing Damfield Gardens on a turn-key basis, that means we have planned it, designed the interiors, and we’ve got all the finishing touches ready to be put in place – no pillow will be left unplumped!
Aside from the stunning interiors at Damfield Gardens, we are also busy landscaping the gardens into a stimulating, enticing environment for the residents – thanks to Popes Hightown, our fantastic landscaping experts. The gardens have been designed to encourage residents to enjoy outdoor activities, with an outdoor dining area, raised flower beds, a potting shed and pathways to explore.
Upon the completion of Damfield Gardens we’ll be moving onto phase two at Damfield Lane, which is fifteen independent living lodges for over 55’s. These contemporary homes are clustered amongst trees, greenery and public open space full of footpaths and cycleways – a true retreat to retire into. The lodges are set to be an exciting project showcasing some brilliant architecture, impressive interiors and stunning outlooks.
